We keep in constant communication, advising both our clients and their tenants on key areas, such as:

any unrelated areas of concern that are discovered onsite

Security

Our engineers are easily recognisable as Sigma employees because they:

All our engineers are skilled and qualified tradesmen and thus reducing the need for our clients to make numerous calls to different service providers. Our expertise includes most areas of reactive and planned maintenance. With our trades including:

We are proud members of many health & safety and quality accreditation schemes, which require us to comply with HSE regulations, and we have acquired the services of Citation, a large health & safety organisation to ensure that we have up to date training and qualifications to adhere to their strict application processes. Our reactive maintenance service has a transparent pricing system where we charge for the first hour and then in half hour increments, but only for parts and labour, never for:

fuel

travel time

congestion charges

or anything else that has not been previously agreed
